The Pittsburgh Basketball Club is absolutely heartbroken to announce PBC Legends Hall of Famer and Courage award winner Joe Fryz lost his courageous fight with ALS at the age of 58.

Joe was a great basketball player but a much greater person. Joe was kind, humble and caring. The world would be a better place if there were more people like Joe Fryz. On behalf of the entire PBC family, our thoughts and prayers got to Linda and the entire Fryz family in these difficult times.

In the coming weeks, we will have a special announcement for the planned PBC tribute to this amazing family man and basketball player. Until then, god speed my friend until we meet again soon.
